Meet Barbara Elizabeth

Like so many women, I reached menopause feeling like I'd lost the woman I used to know. Between the hot flashes, brain fog, sleepless nights, and changing body, I realized what I needed most wasn't another list of symptoms, it was friendship, grace, and a reason to laugh again.

I created this space because menopause can leave us wondering what on earth happened to the woman we used to know. Somewhere between the hot flashes, brain fog, sleepless nights, and changing bodies, I realized we could use a little less doom and gloom and a lot more friendship, grace, and laughter.

I don’t have all the answers, but I believe there’s something powerful about women sharing their stories.
